Executive Chef Jason Daniels has more than 15 years experience cooking for such diverse places as The Ledges in Huntsville, Alabama, The Magnolia House Restaurant just outside of Atlanta, and The Country Club of Rochester, Rochester, New York.
For special occasions at Glenmore Country Club, his mission is "to provide quality cuisine with a focus on basic cooking fundamentals, bringing a twist on ingredients and familiar food dressed up and brought to town." Chef Jason strives to offer quality food coupled with excellent service, whether he is preparing food for a 40 person rehearsal dinner or a 400 person wedding reception.
